That is the data controller for the personal data described below.

3.6 Magazine newsletter

If you subscribe to the AssetFeed Magazine newsletter, we process your email address to send you the newsletter.

• What we collect: your email address, the date and time of your request and of your confirmation, and which version of the consent text you agreed to. We do not store your IP address or device details when you subscribe.
• Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use double opt-in: we send one confirmation email and add you to the list only after you click the link in it. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing that happened before.
• Unsubscribing: every issue contains an Unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also write to support@assetfeed.com.
• Retention: while you are subscribed we keep your address. After you unsubscribe we keep it for 12 months on a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake, then delete it. If you do not confirm your subscription, we delete the request after 30 days. Addresses that have been blocked stay on a block list so they cannot be added again.
• Processors: emails are sent through an email delivery service (Resend), which acts on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the EU and Georgia, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.
• Tracking: we do not track whether you open emails or click links.
• Sender: the newsletter is sent by Individual Entrepreneur Mykola Vysotskyi, 52 Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, Chugureti District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

AssetFeed is operated by an individual entrepreneur and has not been independently audited or certified against these frameworks — if you believe we fall short of them anywhere, tell us at support@assetfeed.com and we will fix it.

12.2 Regulatory Authority

You may file a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have violated your privacy rights. You may also complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority in Georgia (Sakartvelo), where the operator is registered.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 2026 and applies to all information collected on or after this date.
