AssetFeed is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mykola Vysotskyi, also known as Nikolai Vysotskyi, registered in Georgia (Sakartvelo) by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, at 52 Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, Chugureti District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

These Terms explain the ground rules for using AssetFeed, in plain language wherever we can manage it — please give them a read before you dive in.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AssetFeed ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AssetFeed is an information service. We aggregate public market data, run automated analysis over it, and present the result as market and asset information across crypto and other asset classes. Our services include:

• Market data and daily recaps across asset classes
• Automated sentiment and analytics derived from public sources
• Watchlist and tracking features for assets you choose to follow
• Educational content about how markets work
• Premium features for registered users

AssetFeed does not provide investment advice, recommendations, trading signals, portfolio management, or any other regulated financial service. We do not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold, and we do not tailor our output to your financial circumstances. See section 5.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• Each user may maintain only one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

5.2 Risk Warning

• Crypto and other asset markets — every asset class we cover — are highly volatile and carry a real risk of total loss
• Only invest what you can afford to lose
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information from our platform

5.3 Conflict of Interest

• Team members may hold or trade assets discussed on the platform. We aim to keep our analysis balanced and independent regardless, but you should factor this in when weighing our content.

7. Premium Services and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy

7.2 Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for those transactions. Paddle issues your invoice, collects any applicable tax, and processes refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension or termination

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Georgia (Sakartvelo), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first — write to [email protected] and we will genuinely try to sort it out
• If informal resolution fails, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia (Sakartvelo), where the operator is registered
• If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, including any right you have to bring proceedings before your local courts

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AssetFeed
• They supersede all prior agreements and understandings

13.2 Severability

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary
