Refund Policy

Last updated · July 2026

AssetFeed is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mykola Vysotskyi, also known as Nikolai Vysotskyi, identification number 302374936, registered in Georgia (Sakartvelo) by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, at 52 Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, Chugureti District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

This page explains how refunds and cancellations work on paid AssetFeed plans.

1. Who processes your payment

Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for the purchase. That means Paddle — not AssetFeed — is the seller on record, issues your invoice, collects the applicable tax, and processes any refund.

Your purchase is therefore also covered by Paddle's own refund policy and buyer terms.

2. The 14-day window

You can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Send the request to [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, or raise it directly with Paddle.

Requests are reviewed case by case. A refund inside that window is not automatic — Paddle looks at things like how much of the service was actually used and the reason given — but we support refund requests made in good faith, and we will not oppose one where you simply decided the product is not for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.

3. Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancelling is always enough to stop the next charge.
  • After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Partial or unused periods are not refunded on their own, outside of the 14-day window above or where the law says otherwise.
  • We do not auto-charge you after a cancellation, and we do not require you to contact support to cancel.

4. Your statutory rights come first

Nothing on this page limits the consumer rights you have where you live.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services delivered immediately, that right can end once delivery starts with your consent — but where it applies, it applies regardless of anything written above.

Consumer protection laws in other regions may give you a longer or different window. Those laws take precedence over this policy and over Paddle's.

5. Free plans and trials

Free plans involve no payment and so nothing to refund. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the 14-day window in section 2 runs from that first charge.

6. Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged after cancelling, that is a billing error rather than a refund request. Email [email protected] and we will get it reversed — the 14-day window does not apply to charges that should never have happened.

7. Questions

Email [email protected], or write to Individual Entrepreneur Mykola Vysotskyi, 52 Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, Chugureti District, Tbilisi, Georgia. AssetFeed is run by its operator personally, so your message is handled directly by the person responsible.
